At our institute, we believe that trust is built through quality teaching and honest communication. This refund policy is designed to provide parents and students adequate time to experience our teaching approach, while ensuring fairness and transparency for all.
FOR PREMIUM BATCHES
- At the Enrollment
At the time of enrollment, a deposit of ₹15,000 is collected to provisionally confirm admission and reserve a seat for the student. - First 15-Day Comfort & Review Period
Within the first 15 days from the date of enrollment, the Institute and Parent/Student will interact to review teaching methodology, ease of understanding, quality of instruction, and classroom environment. If the student feels the program is not the right fit within this period, the deposit of ₹10,000 will be refunded in full, without delay. - Continuation After 15 Days
If the student chooses to continue after the initial review period, an additional amount of ₹20,000 is deposited to confirm continuation. Any refund processed after 15 days may be adjusted due to GST and other statutory taxes already deposited with the Government, which are non-refundable under law. - One-Month Progress Review
Exactly one month from the date of enrollment, the Institute and Parent/Student will again connect to review academic progress and overall comfort. If the student decides to discontinue at this stage, a refund of 60% of total deposit minus GST will be processed, subject to statutory adjustments. - Fee Settlement After One Month
If the student is comfortable and wishes to continue after the one-month review ₹40,000 of the course fee is to be paid within 5 days for continuation. - Discontinuation Between One and Two Months
If a student chooses to discontinue after one month and before completion of two months, 50% of the course fee minus GST will be adjusted towards academic services already delivered, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded after statutory deductions. - After Two Months
After two months from the date of enrollment, the program is considered fully in progress and refund requests are no longer applicable and rest of the amount to be deposited within 10 days.
FOR REGULAR BATCHES
- Refund Policy for Regular Batches
From the day of enrolment to one month, 60% of fees deposited will be refundable minus GST.

All eligible refunds are processed only through official banking channels and within the Institute’s standard processing timelines. - Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any matters arising out of enrollment or this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh, India.
